Machines

Vanilla & Chocolate (Press the circle buttons underneath the moons on screen)

Orange/Vanilla (Set the top switches on the side to the off)

Blue Raspberry (Set the mix pump to off and set to night)

Shake (Set mix pump off)

Sherbet Machine (Set the front switches to night)

Slush Machine (Set the black switch to its middle position))

Set the mix pumps in the walk-in to off, but leave the light on.

Cleaning

Wipe down all machines, cyclone machines, shake machine, sundae bar, etc.

Throw away open-peel bananas

Drain the water from all sinks

Set the air in the back to 80 degrees

Take all extra boxes and garbage to the dumpsters, and ensure the dumpster is closed.

Throw used rags in washer

Warmers

Turn off Hot Fudge Warmers

Turn off Caramel Warmer

Do not adjust the dip top

Set warmer by the microwave off

Lights

Turn off lightswitch in the back

Turn off the open sign

Turn off outside lights

Ensure that the bathroom light is turned off

Misc

iPads

Turn off all iPads

Remove iPads from stands/chargers
